Labelling and Managing Our Emotions is Key.
A lot of the times we encounter people who are not able to tell how or what they feeling, worse still they act in a terribly unrestrained manner causing so much damage.
We need to model impulse control to our children as a good mastery and control of emotions is a key element in life's success.
This video below shows how amazing a toddler could label his feelings and how he was able to manage his anger.
